    • Protocol for signing agreements.
    • Protocol for wearing Saudi national attire.
    • International compliments.
    • Business card etiquette.
    • Meeting preparation skills to ensure success.

Day3:

    • Protocol and etiquette for gift exchange.
    • Invitation card protocol.
    • International model for receiving an important figure.
    • Protocol for seating guests at meetings and tables.
    • Attire etiquette (Gulf attire, perfumes, makeup, heels, abaya, types of formal suits).
    • Telephone etiquette (internal and external).
    • Etiquette for working with colleagues.
