Cooperative training provides a valuable experience for students who are expected to graduate and seek to complete their academic graduation requirements during the training period. The student gets the opportunity to acquire the required skills and what are actually applied in the labor market. This program is considered an important part of ERSA Consulting’s talent management initiatives for capacity development and an essential element of its recruitment strategy.

Technical Interview
A secondary interview with the Hiring Manager to evaluate technical skills and professional standards.

Competency Assessment
A specialized assessment to evaluate key skills related to the specific job role.

Vision Alignment Interview
An optional meeting with the founding team to ensure alignment with the company’s long-term vision.
