She is a researcher in refined human behavior, trained by Mr. Tariq Abdulaziz, former Secretary-General of the Republican Presidency. She holds a master-level consultant certification in diplomatic etiquette and international protocol, with over two decades of experience in training and consulting.

Co-founder of the French Federation of Consultants (FFA), she holds advisory roles across multiple organizations, associations, and centers, and is a co-founder of “HINKAH” and “Ersa’a”. She has also spearheaded innovative training initiatives utilizing augmented reality (AR) technologies.

A PhD researcher, she holds a Master’s degree from King Abdulaziz University, a Master Professional Certification in Etiquette Consulting, and several diplomas in modern management, applied protocols, and international relations. She has authored multiple books on etiquette, delivered training programs for numerous organizations, ministries, and universities across the Gulf, and appeared in various media outlets.
