She holds a Ph.D., an honorary doctorate in humanities, an educational specialist degree in organizational leadership, and a Master of Arts degree. Over the past 30 years, she has engaged in a wide range of educational activities as an administrator, coordinator, lecturer in Saudi Arabia and the United States, academic consultant, school support specialist, and site manager across several cities in Florida.
Her career includes serving as an administrative assistant for the Florida Legislature and the Governor’s Office, a librarian in Broward, Palm Beach, and Sarasota counties, and an office director at a private academy.
A prolific author, Dr. Baxter aims through her publications—most notably her book “Maximizing the Potential of Early Earnings”—to deliver high-quality training designed to enhance learning outcomes. She pioneers an approach that integrates artificial intelligence concepts into the learning process and develops inclusive strategies to ensure equal opportunities for all learners. She aspires to continue exploring learning mechanisms among younger generations and sharing knowledge and expertise globally.
