An expert in training, consulting, and investment within the tourism and tourism education sectors. He holds a Ph.D. in Foundations of Education (Tourism Education) from Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University. Dr. Al-Omair currently serves as a tourism and development consultant for numerous public and private entities.

He is an adjunct faculty member at Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, where he has also supervised field applications. Additionally, he serves as a professional tourism and hospitality expert at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, having worked there as a lecturer and content creator for the Scientific Journals Unit under the Vice Deanship for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research.

At King Saud University, he served as a training supervisor at the Ministry of Education. He currently holds roles as a consultant for the Saudi Association for Tourism Media, a scientific reviewer for the Encyclopedia of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Tourism and Recreation Section) at King Abdulaziz Public Library, and a consultant for the Higher Diploma programs in English and French Tourism at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University.
