Dr. Dalia Al-Dahlawi is an expert in leadership education, with over 20 years of experience in empowering children and youth to develop vital leadership and life skills. A certified expert and trainer from Ain Shams University and the Regional Center for Training and Development, Mr. El Namer is a seasoned professional in protocol, etiquette, public relations, and administrative development. Throughout his career—spanning from 1995 to present—he has held various administrative roles at the Egyptian Ministry of Justice and the Supreme Judiciary Council of Qatar.
He has completed numerous training programs focused on administrative workflow optimization and process automation in Singapore, and has visited several Arab nations to study judicial and administrative systems. He led the implementation of digital transformation initiatives, contributed to designing organizational structures for administrative units, and collaborated with local and international institutions to develop court training programs.
His experience extends to electoral judicial oversight preparations, as well as managing protocol, itineraries, and hosting for heads of judicial bodies and visiting dignitaries. Additionally, he has helped organize and attend several international conferences and forums—including the 6th Global Forum on Fighting Corruption and Safeguarding Integrity, the Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC), and conferences for Chief Justices of Supreme Courts across Arab and GCC countries—further solidifying his expertise in protocol and administrative management.

He holds a Ph.D. in Foundations of Education (Tourism Education) from Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University. Dr. Al-Omair currently serves as a tourism and development consultant for numerous public and private entities.
He is an adjunct faculty member at Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, where he has also supervised field applications. Additionally, he serves as a professional tourism and hospitality expert at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, having worked there as a lecturer and content creator for the Scientific Journals Unit under the Vice Deanship for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research.

His journey in social entrepreneurship began with founding the IT Club and establishing the “Maseerati” (My Journey) Club. He also co-founded the Savings Association and the Ajyal Community Center Association. Additionally, he authored the edition “Nine Steps to Success” and designed the “Nine Plus” program as well as a youth-focused program titled “Set Your Destination.”
A certified consultant and trainer in leadership development, public relations, protocol, and personal development, Dr. Al-Houti is also an author in management and storytelling. He holds a Ph.D. in Education, a Professional Master’s degree in Business Administration, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Office Management.
He possesses extensive practical experience, having held diverse leadership and managerial positions at SABIC and Saudi Airlines. His former roles include Head of the CFO Office for the Eastern Province and Arabian Gulf at SABIC, Chairman of the Supreme Sports Committee for SABIC companies, Manager of Visitor & Event Affairs, and Head of Public Relations at Hadeed (a SABIC affiliate). At Saudi Airlines, he served as Manager of Member Affairs and Supervisor of Literary Clubs.
Currently, he serves as Senior Protocol Representative and Head of Public Relations at the EbRA International PR Association.
She holds a Ph.D., an honorary doctorate in humanities, an educational specialist degree in organizational leadership, and a Master of Arts degree. Co-founder of the French Federation of Consultants (FFA), she holds advisory roles across multiple organizations, associations, and centers, and is a co-founder of “HINKAH” and “Ersa’a”. She has also spearheaded innovative training initiatives utilizing augmented reality (AR) technologies.
