Throughout his career—spanning from 1995 to present—he has held various administrative roles at the Egyptian Ministry of Justice and the Supreme Judiciary Council of Qatar.
He has completed numerous training programs focused on administrative workflow optimization and process automation in Singapore, and has visited several Arab nations to study judicial and administrative systems. He led the implementation of digital transformation initiatives, contributed to designing organizational structures for administrative units, and collaborated with local and international institutions to develop court training programs.
His experience extends to electoral judicial oversight preparations, as well as managing protocol, itineraries, and hosting for heads of judicial bodies and visiting dignitaries. Additionally, he has helped organize and attend several international conferences and forums—including the 6th Global Forum on Fighting Corruption and Safeguarding Integrity, the Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC), and conferences for Chief Justices of Supreme Courts across Arab and GCC countries—further solidifying his expertise in protocol and administrative management.
