A certified consultant and trainer in leadership development, public relations, protocol, and personal development, Dr. Al-Houti is also an author in management and storytelling. He holds a Ph.D. in Education, a Professional Master’s degree in Business Administration, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Office Management.

He possesses extensive practical experience, having held diverse leadership and managerial positions at SABIC and Saudi Airlines. His former roles include Head of the CFO Office for the Eastern Province and Arabian Gulf at SABIC, Chairman of the Supreme Sports Committee for SABIC companies, Manager of Visitor & Event Affairs, and Head of Public Relations at Hadeed (a SABIC affiliate). At Saudi Airlines, he served as Manager of Member Affairs and Supervisor of Literary Clubs.

Currently, he serves as Senior Protocol Representative and Head of Public Relations at the EbRA International PR Association.
