    • Handshaking and Greeting Etiquette (with guests, managers, colleagues) Priority at work.
    • Reception skills and the importance of listening culture with clients and colleagues.
    • Compliments description and work rules.
    • Email and phone etiquette and phone calls.
    • Etiquette among colleagues and open offices.
    • Remote work etiquette.
    • Problem-solving during meetings and remote work.

Day2: Art of Dealing with Managers and Subordinates:

    • The concept and characteristics of human behavior.
    • Factors affecting human behavior.
    • Types of human behavior.
    • Types of bosses and skills to deal with them.
    • A practical guide to dealing with your bosses.
    • The nature of the boss’s work.
    • Communication skills and improving dealing with bosses.
    • How to manage your subordinates.
    • Types of subordinates and how to deal with each type.
    • Communication and effective listening skills.
    • Types of workers and how to deal with them
    • Conflict management.

Our program provides a comprehensive experience for participants, where they will have the opportunity to acquire the key skills that enhance their professional effectiveness within the workplace environment.
