Programs
A home has never been just a living space; it is the cradle of serenity, grace (Sana’a), and refined taste. In our Saudi society, the home and the mother represent the primary sanctuary where a young girl learns from the elder ladies of her family how to speak with dignity, listen with grace, honor her guests, and manage her personal space with confidence.
From this rich heritage, the “Sana’a Al-Banat” programme was born—to guide our daughters and pave a path for them that beautifully harmonizes the authentic wisdom of our grandmothers and the time-honored traditions of Saudi society (Al-Samt), with the latest standards of international social etiquette. Our ultimate goal is to build a confident, responsible young lady who takes immense pride in her identity, realizing that elegance and poise are a lifestyle that creates an impactful and sophisticated presence wherever she goes.
By the end of this course, the trainee will be able to:
From Grade 4 to Grade 7 (Ages 10 – 13 years old).
Self-care as an integral part of positive body language and making an impactful first impression, while embedding the values of Al-Samt (dignified poise) and privacy as key elements of national identity.
Elevating domestic and social responsibilities from mere chores into a spontaneous, daily lifestyle that reflects a young lady’s inner refinement.
Transforming domestic responsibility into an everyday lifestyle that reflects inner elegance.
Hands-on practical application of the legendary generosity and traditions of Saudi Arabian Majlis (gatherings), seamlessly integrated with international dining protocols.

It was a very nice and enriching course, thank you

I liked the content and the professor’s style is beautiful and comfortable. thanks a lot.

Thank you, the course is important, enjoyable and not boring.

Because body language and non-verbal communication constitute approximately 70% of our conversations and communication with others daily, I joined the useful courses on the ERSA platform.
